Responsibilities
Lead and manage all accounting, payroll, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting functions
Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes
Ensure compliance with company policies, GAAP, internal controls, and audit standards
Partner with executive and department leadership to drive financial performance and cost controls
Develop and manage operating and capital budgets; analyze variances and performance trends
Monitor cash flow, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll processes
Provide strategic guidance on revenue management, labor optimization, and operational efficiencies
Support audits, tax filings, and regulatory requirements
Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team
Serve as a trusted advisor to ownership, corporate leadership, and property leadership
Qualification
Required
A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
10+ years of progressive leadership experience in hotel or resort finance
Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
Proven experience managing audits, internal controls, and compliance
Strategic mindset with the ability to partner cross-functionally with operations and executive leadership
Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Preferred
Master's degree or CPA preferred
Hospitality systems experience (PMS, accounting platforms, labor management systems) preferred
