Approve Requisitions
Process requisitions into Purchase Orders
Interacts with Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities and other state government entities as appropriate or required
Interacts with vendors in various stages of the procurement process
Assists with developing and posts solicitations for the agency
Any other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Associate degree in accounting or business, or a directly related field from an accredited college or university and two (2) years of job-related experience in a procurement environment
Technical diploma in accounting or business and three (3) years of job-related experience in a procurement environment
Two (2) years of experience at the lower level Procurement Agent 1 (FEP020) or position equivalent
Drug Screening

Annual Influenza vaccination

Georgia Procurement Manual area-specific certification(s)
