Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle management for airplane, engineering and manufacturing definition solutions, from ideation through development, deployment, and continuous improvement

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, product support, supplier management, software development, IT infrastructure management, and business stakeholders to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap

Drive digital transformation initiatives by identifying opportunities to leverage emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML), cloud computing, and data analytics within electrical engineering workflows

Manage product backlog, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions aligned with business goals

Manage Commercial off the Shelf Software (COTS) vendors and third-party solution providers

Conduct user feedback sessions to inform product decisions and enhance user experience

Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure alignment and successful product delivery

Monitor product performance metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), using data-driven insights to optimize product functionality and adoption

Lead management efforts and provide training/support to ensure smooth adoption of new digital tools and processes

Ensure compliance with industry standards, cybersecurity policies, and regulatory requirements relevant to electrical engineering IT systems
