Responsibilities

Conducting adaptive reading workshops that strengthen phonics, comprehension, and fluency capabilities
Creating customized motivational experiences through gamified literacy achievement markers
Reviewing student performance data to improve teaching methods and identify practical insights
Partnering with engineering teams to assess and refine AI-powered literacy platforms using real classroom feedback
Building scalable, AI-integrated instructional materials that help early elementary learners reach grade-level reading proficiency

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree plus advanced reading instruction certification (e.g., Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent)
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience providing small-group reading interventions to students in early elementary grades
Capable of evaluating reading proficiency, organizing student groups, and creating differentiated instruction independent of packaged curricula
Comfortable using AI/adaptive learning platforms and interpreting student engagement patterns within those systems
Authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship
Available to work on-site at one of these locations: Phoenix, AZ; Austin, TX; Fort Worth, TX; Plano, TX; Tampa, FL; or Dorado, Puerto Rico
