Responsibilities

Diagnose and resolve software and hardware incidents, including Windows and Mac operating systems, and across a wide range of software applications
Provide assistance to end users on IT-related issues escalated by the centralized Service Desk team or through direct contact
Take ownership of incidents by conducting problem analysis, implementing temporary or permanent fixes, and escalating to higher-level teams when necessary
Accurately record, update, and document requests and resolutions in the IT service desk ticketing system
Install, configure, and troubleshoot new IT equipment (desktops, laptops, peripherals, and mobile devices)
Perform software and hardware upgrades as required
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to printers, copiers, and scanners
Deliver a first-class level of customer service, ensuring efficient, respectful, and professional interactions at all times
Maintain excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical colleagues at all organizational levels
