Learning Experience Manager

Responsibilities
Conduct discovery and needs analysis to diagnose performance gaps and define learning objectives aligned to business outcomes
Select and apply instructional frameworks (i.e., ADDIE, SAM, adult-learning theory, etc.) to design scalable solutions
Architect blended learning journeys (live, virtual, eLearning, microlearning, etc.) for leadership development, consulting excellence, compliance, and professional skills
Create facilitator guides, participant materials, eLearning modules, scenarios, assessments, videos, job aids and toolkits
Translate complex subject matter into practical, digestible learning experience with strong narrative, storytelling, and clear performance application
Ensure accessibility, plain-language writing, and localization for delivery
Develop eLearning and blended learning experiences using platforms such as Articulate, Rise, or Storyline
Incorporate AI-supported learning tools, microlearning, and digital enhancements into learning assets
Partner with Learning & Development Operations to configure content for delivery; ensure SCORM/xAPI packaging, metadata, and version control
Consult with internal stakeholders and, where applicable, client teams to be able to tailor solutions to context, constraints, and change readiness
Apply change management principles (communication, reinforcement, stakeholder engagement) to drive adoption
Provide design recommendations that balance innovation with practicality and scalability
Measure effectiveness of learning solutions using evaluation tools, surveys, and performance data
Recommend refinements based on learner feedback and behavioral outcomes
Establish and maintain a library of sharable/reuseable templates, frameworks, and design standards to support L&D scalability
Establish and maintain reusable templates, style guides, taxonomies, and design standards for consistency and scale
Lead occasional live or virtual workshops for established learning programs to expand delivery capacity and maintain a consistent learner experience
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Organizational Psychology, Educational Technology, or a related field
Minimum of ten (10) plus years of instructional design or learning experience development
Mastery of instructional design methods (ADDIE, SAM, adult learning theory)
Strong proficiency in eLearning tools (Articulate Rise/Storyline, video tools, AI learning platforms)
Ability to synthesize research and convert insights into practical learning experiences
Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling skills
Strong project management and attention to detail
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
High-quality learning content that is scalable, consistent, and instructionally sound
Positive learner feedback and measurable performance improvement
Strong stakeholder partnerships and reliable delivery of projects
Increased efficiency and consistency in L&D processes through reusable templates and standards
