Influencer & Community Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

Own and scale Musely’s influencer marketing program across paid, gifted, and long-term partnerships, managing hundreds of active creators
Develop creator tiering, compensation, usage rights, and performance expectations to support repeatable scale
Identify and test new creator categories, platforms, and content formats that drive growth, creative learning, and brand trust
Lead end-to-end influencer execution including sourcing, briefing, contracting, approvals, posting, and reporting
Build scalable workflows and ensure all content meets brand standards, compliance requirements, and platform policies, while coordinating across Brand, Creative, Growth, Medical, and Product teams
Actively engage with customers, creators, and relevant brands across Musely’s social channels
Respond thoughtfully to comments, DMs, and brand mentions to help build trust and visibility
Participate in brand-to-brand engagement and cultural moments that increase Musely’s presence and relevance
Surface community insights, questions, and trends back to internal teams to inform content and product education
Support planning and execution of virtual community events, including dermatologist Q&As, educational sessions, or patient storytelling
Assist with coordination for commercial shoots, photo shoots, and creator productions, including scheduling, logistics, and creator management
Collaborate with Brand and Creative team to ensure events and productions align with messaging and compliance standards

Required

6+ years of experience in influencer marketing or creator partnerships
Proven experience scaling an influencer program, managing high creator volume (100+ creators annually)
Strong operational skills and experience building systems that support scale
Comfort engaging publicly on social platforms in a voice that is thoughtful, credible, and on-brand
Understanding of how influencer and social content drives both brand and performance outcomes
Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable operating independently in a fast-moving environment
A strong sense of ownership from strategy through execution

Preferred

Interest or experience supporting community events, content productions, and virtual activations
Experience with dermatologist-led education initiatives and commercial shoots
