Procurement Partners is a fast-growing procure-to-pay software company in healthcare, and they are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders. The HRBP will align people strategies with business goals, drive performance and engagement, and support leaders through various HR functions such as workforce planning and employee relations.

Responsibilities

Partner closely with business leaders to understand goals, challenges, and talent needs

Influence people initiatives that drive productivity, retention, and engagement

Provide data-driven insights on workforce trends, engagement, turnover, and performance

Support organizational design, role clarity, and team effectiveness as the company scales

Partner with leaders on performance management, coaching, and accountability

Support development planning, succession planning, and leadership readiness

Advise on talent gaps and workforce planning strategies

Partner with business leaders on hiring plans and candidate assessment as needed

Serve as first point of escalation for employee relations matters, conducting fair and consistent investigations when needed

Ensure consistent application of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws

Coach leaders on managing difficult conversations, feedback, and conflict

Promote a culture of trust, accountability, and inclusion

Support engagement initiatives and action planning (e.g., eNPS, pulse surveys)

Support leaders through organizational change, growth, and process improvements

Help translate company initiatives into team-level communication and action

Reinforce company values and leadership expectations consistently across teams
