Responsibilities
Facilitating interactive, virtual workshops centered on life competencies such as creativity, communication, and critical thinking
Providing one-on-one and small-group mentorship to foster confidence, self-management, and executive functioning skills
Leveraging platform analytics to personalize support and monitor student development over time
Working alongside fellow educators to refine and enhance project-based learning opportunities
Cultivating a welcoming, energized environment where students feel valued, understood, and motivated to develop
Qualification
Required
Valid US teaching certificate from any state
Confident virtual facilitation skills; at ease leading through video
Available for full-time work (M–F, 8am–5pm Arizona time)
Able to start within 2-3 weeks
Enthusiastic about working in a technology-enabled, student-focused school
Preferred
Background in teaching, mentoring, or coaching students (Grades 4–8 preferred)
