Maintenance Training Coordinator

Arconic is currently seeking a Maintenance Training Coordinator to join their team in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Responsibilities

Promote and practice Arconic Business System concepts and philosophies
Maintaining/updating training records for assigned areas
Planning internal/external trainings for employees
Maintaining Plantwide Training Matrix for Maintenance employees
SPA for maintenance training steering team
Scheduling trainings and coordinating attendees plantwide
Review and Edit Grade Progression Packets with Maintenance Training Team
Assist maintenance planners with plan, organize, coordinate, and scheduling maintenance tasks, plant projects, or project assignments
Other Duties as assigned

Required

High School diploma or GED from an accredited institution
1 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
3 years of maintenance experience
Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position

Preferred

An Associates Degree in a relevant technical trade
Operational knowledge regarding process, equipment capability, practices, systems
Ability to handle multiple projects/assignments concurrently and be results oriented
Demonstrates good computer skills, including a good working knowledge of Microsoft office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point) and ability to learn new programs
Demonstrates good verbal and written communication skills
Good interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with individuals and teams at all levels of the organization
Able to work flexible hours as required
