Teli AI is seeking a Full Stack Engineer who can thrive in fast-paced environments and utilize AI in their development workflow. The role involves building web and mobile applications, collaborating with stakeholders, and leveraging AI tools to enhance software delivery.

Computer Software

Responsibilities

Build and maintain web applications using Next.js, TypeScript, and the Vercel platform
Design and implement backend services and database architectures with Supabase
Deploy and manage iOS applications through the App Store or Google Play Console
Use AI coding assistants like Cursor and Claude Code as everyday tools to accelerate development
Collaborate with founders and stakeholders across multiple portfolio companies
Move between projects as needed, ramping up quickly on new codebases and business contexts

Required

Strong experience with Next.js and TypeScript in production environments
Familiarity with Vercel for deployment and serverless functions
Working knowledge of Supabase (authentication, database, storage, edge functions)
Experience deploying iOS applications, including familiarity with App Store Connect, TestFlight, and the submission process
Comfortable across the full stack—from UI implementation to API design to database modeling
Active use of AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, or similar) in your workflow
Ability to write effective prompts and collaborate with AI to accelerate development
Understanding of when AI tools help and when to rely on manual implementation
Quick learner who can context-switch across different projects and tech stacks
Self-directed and comfortable with ambiguity
Strong communication and social skills for working with non-technical founders and stakeholders

Preferred

Experience with React Native or Flutter for cross-platform mobile development
Background working in startup or agency environments with multiple concurrent projects
Familiarity with additional cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Firebase)
Contributions to open-source projects
