Responsibilities

Own end-to-end strategy for system integration and continuous improvement initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including Supply Chain, Global Trade, and Finance teams to achieve operational goals
Develop and implement scalable solutions that support Leo Logistics team objectives
Build and maintain strong relationships with Logistics Service Providers and Suppliers
Drive alignment across internal and external stakeholders on operational priorities
Develop and maintain comprehensive program KPIs and metrics reporting systems
Develop long-term shipment forecast models that inform Kuiper Transportation business leaders
Create data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making
Develop risk assessments and standard operating procedures
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across logistics operations
Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions to enhance efficiency
Lead cost optimization efforts across the logistics network
Identify opportunities for cost savings while maintaining service quality

Required

Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related technical field
5+ years of product or program management experience
Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing complex projects
Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making

Preferred

Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
