Manage commercial electrical projects from start to finish
Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
Coordinate material procurement, planning and execution
Monitor jobsite safety, quality, and contract compliance
Maintain strong client and vendor relationships throughout each project
Qualification
Required
Master Electrician License (Required)
2+ years of commercial construction project management experience
Solid understanding of RFIs, RFPs, change orders, and construction documentation
Excellent organization, communication, and leadership skills
Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
Preferred
4+ years experience in commercial electrical, HVAC, plumbing, or related trades
