Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day residential roofing installations across assigned Midwest markets
Manage roofing crews/subcontractors and oversee multiple jobs simultaneously
Ensure quality installs meet manufacturer specs, code requirements, and company standards
Conduct jobsite inspections and solve issues in real time (materials, workmanship, scope changes)
Enforce safety protocols and maintain jobsite compliance
Coordinate with Production/Operations/Sales to hit timelines and customer expectations
Track progress, production milestones, and readiness for closeout
Coach, train, and correct performance to improve crew output and consistency
Own field execution from start to completion
Qualification
Required
5+ years of residential roofing installation experience (asphalt shingles, standard systems)
2+ years in a leadership role (Field Superintendent, Production Manager, Foreman, Lead Installer, etc.)
Experience managing multiple crews/jobs and maintaining quality across sites
Strong working knowledge of roofing best practices, jobsite flow, and punch/closeout
Comfortable enforcing standards, making decisions, and leading through accountability
Familiarity with production tools, inspections, or job tracking systems
Strong communication and organization skills
Valid driver's license; ability to travel within Midwest markets as needed
Preferred
Experience with storm restoration / high-volume residential operations
Experience scaling new markets or standardizing crew processes
