Responsibilities

Conduct one-on-one and small-group coaching with PreK Guides, demonstrating effective methods and recognizing documented progress

Create and lead play-based learning sessions that integrate social-emotional learning, literacy, numeracy, and motor development, demonstrating exemplary practice for your team

Audit and align Guide documentation on a weekly basis to ensure rubric consistency and clarity, facilitating calibration meetings to maintain visibility of milestone achievement

Develop family communications and coordinate team meetings that unify objectives and sustain collective commitment to campus-wide PreK readiness targets

Required

Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Psychology, or a related discipline

At least 5 years of professional experience in early childhood education, child development, or a comparable area

Direct experience facilitating group learning for children between the ages of 3 and 5

Demonstrated success in designing and executing play-based educational frameworks or curricula that support developmental milestone achievement, such as Montessori methods

A minimum of 1 year coaching or supervising a team of educators with accountability for performance outcomes

Excellent written and oral communication abilities for transparent family engagement and team coordination

Legal authorization to work in the United States without requirement for visa sponsorship

Commitment to on-site work at the Alpha Austin campus, with relocation support available as needed
