Responsibilities
Developing and training a team of Guides to execute the Alpha learning system with exceptional quality
Constructing Guide Playbooks that outline facilitation best practices, design of engaging learning activities, and challenge resolution
Delivering consistent, actionable feedback to Guides that enhances student engagement and academic outcomes
Personally mentoring a select group of students, demonstrating advanced coaching and motivational techniques
Qualification
Required
Hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or related disciplines
Proven track record developing and executing innovative educational programs, curricula, or training initiatives
Exceptional leadership and mentorship capabilities with demonstrated ability to build, manage, and inspire high-performing teams
Professional experience working with youth (ages 5-18) in educational or developmental settings
Strong analytical skills and experience leveraging metrics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement
Available to work on-site in Atlanta, GA; Las Vegas, NV; Nashville, TN; Park City (Salt Lake City), UT; or Spotswood, NJ
Authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship
