Responsibilities
Leads engineering team supporting the companys top accounts in the consumer electronics market to develop new adhesives and processes to be best in class partner
Promotes a culture of learning, collaboration, and personal development
Mentor team members and support long-term career growth
Responsible for CapEx and drives continues improvements of the labs and capabilities to be future ready
Ensures compliance with all company requirements (safety, legal), and relevant industry/customer specifications
Qualification
Required
Bachelors degree in science or engineering
10 years of experience with adhesives and films/tapes materials used in consumer electronics devices
5 years of experience of leading at least team of 5+ engineers/scientist as a direct report
The capacity to use agile methodologies and adapt to changing customer needs and market conditions
Familiarity with FEA, flow modeling CAD and lab automation technologies
