Responsibilities

Lead global infrastructure operations across networking, servers, cloud platforms, hosting, end-user computing, and collaboration tools
Define and execute infrastructure strategy supporting hybrid environments spanning on-premise, offsite, and cloud platforms
Own cloud infrastructure strategy and operations, including governance, cost optimization, scalability, availability, and vendor management
Oversee enterprise network infrastructure (WAN, LAN, connectivity) across global locations
Manage server and hosting environments, including data centers and third-party/cloud providers
Lead Microsoft 365 services and collaboration platforms to ensure performance, reliability, and security
Oversee identity and access management, including authentication, authorization, and lifecycle processes
Establish operational standards for monitoring, incident response, resiliency, and disaster recovery
Partner with cybersecurity, applications, and business teams to deliver secure, compliant infrastructure services
Manage infrastructure budgets, vendor relationships, and technology roadmaps
Build, lead, and mentor high-performing global infrastructure teams

Required

12+ years of experience leading infrastructure operations in a large, global enterprise environment
Strong expertise in enterprise networking, servers, and hosting across on-premise and offsite environments
Proven leadership of cloud infrastructure in hybrid enterprise environments
Experience supporting end-user computing and desktop platforms at scale
Hands-on leadership experience with Microsoft 365 and collaboration technologies
Deep knowledge of identity and access management solutions and best practices
Demonstrated ability to modernize, scale, and secure enterprise infrastructure
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred

Experience driving cloud adoption or infrastructure modernization initiatives
Background in global operations, vendor management, and infrastructure governance
