Retail
Responsibilities
Support and resolve customer issues, including shipment tracking, credits, and product availability
Resolve questions and discrepancies relating to order processing efficiently
Compile, sort, and verify data to be entered, review error reports, and enter corrections into the computer system
File source documents after entry and keep records of work completed
Accountable for all aspects of receiving, production of shipping documents, and invoicing
Support the PAW/SPAN team as required
Qualification
Required
Three years office experience, preferably in a retail or wholesale grocery environment
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) OR equivalent combination of education and experience
Proficient computer skills and comfortable learning other computer programs/systems
Proficient in 10-key
Must be detail and process oriented and possess critical thinking skills
Preferred
College or additional training preferred but not required
Experience with inventory management and/or accounting preferred
Knowledge of rural Alaska shipping methods and Alaska Native Corporations helpful
