Senior Business Recruiter
Render is building a modern cloud platform for developers creating AI-native applications. The Senior Business Recruiter will play a critical role in scaling the Sales and G&A organizations by partnering with leaders to hire exceptional talent and improve recruiting processes.

Responsibilities
Lead full-cycle recruiting for Business and G&A roles, partnering closely with senior leaders to define hiring needs, build pipelines, and close high-impact talent across multiple functions
Own searches across areas such as Sales, Customer Success, Finance, People, and Business Operations, with the ability to flex across roles and seniority levels
Build trusted partnerships with hiring managers to scope roles, define success criteria, and align on hiring bar, interview process, and decision-making
Serve as a thought partner to business leaders, providing market insights, compensation guidance, and recommendations on role design and leveling
Champion a world-class candidate experience, ensuring every interaction reflects Render’s values of empathy, clarity, and respect
Iterate on recruiting processes, interview frameworks, and documentation that scale as Render grows
Build diverse candidate pipelines and partner on inclusive hiring strategies across G&A functions
Collaborate cross-functionally with People, Marketing, and Brand to strengthen Render’s employer brand and hiring identity
Qualification
Required
6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth technology companies
Deep experience recruiting for administrative, sales, and business roles with a track record of hiring high-performing business talent
Ability to manage a wide variety of roles and stakeholders, from revenue-driving teams to operational and corporate functions
Strong consultative skills; comfortable influencing hiring decisions, aligning stakeholders, and navigating ambiguity
Proven ability to run complex searches, manage multiple pipelines, and deliver consistent hiring outcomes
Strong negotiation and closing skills with a candidate-first mindset
Empathetic, proactive partner to hiring managers; equally comfortable advising, coaching, and listening
Preferred
Experience in a startup or rapid scale environment
A solutions-oriented mindset; able to diagnose hiring bottlenecks and implement scalable improvements
Demonstrated success building diverse teams and inclusive hiring processes
Familiarity with SaaS, developer tools, cloud infrastructure, or product-led growth businesses
Experience using recruiting systems such as Ashby, Gem, Greenhouse, or Lever to drive pipeline analytics and insights
