Responsibilities
You will send out Pathology testing and billing reconciliation
You will test Clinical Laboratory and billing reconciliation
You will enter result of all Clinical Pathology ancillary testing
You will Ordering supplies for Anatomic Pathology, and Morgue areas
You will be Anatomic Pathology physician advocate
You will Assist staff Pathologists with data gathering and preparation for Tumor Boards and meetings
You will do administrative and secretarial duties and other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
Course in medical terminology or work experience to produce an equivalent level of expertise
Five years of clerical office experience
Preferred
Medical Billing Technology Certification
Prefer healthcare experience including laboratory and/or pathology knowledge and billing background
