Responsibilities
Operate and set up production machines
Perform quality checks and maintain a clean workspace
Comply with all safety rules and work safely
Lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs regularly; occasionally up to 100 lbs
Stand, walk, bend, and kneel throughout shifts
Work flexible schedules, including overtime and weekends
Read tape measures; apply basic math and computer skills
Qualification
Required
High school diploma
Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and physical
Preferred
Experience in fast-paced manufacturing
Corrugated packaging experience
Desire for career advancement
