Responsibilities

Perform the role of Operations Capability Development (OCD) Execution Project Manager (PM)

Ensure capability precedence from the Operations Capability Database is planned and prioritized to support 1LMX adoption milestones in the Operations Transformation Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)

Drive the day to day execution of teams performing capability development tasks

Provide status and metrics on performance to the plan

Be the Operations interface with IT providing Operations Business Requirement Packages (BRPs) and coordinating support for planned releases

Required

Project management experience, including working with cross-functional teams

Exceptional organizational, planning, and time management skills to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college

Must be a US Citizen. This position supports a facility that requires special access

Preferred

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships with peers, stakeholders, and customers

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Familiarity with Value Stream Capabilities

Familiarity with agile methodology

Experience as a CAM or with Earned Value Management
