Responsibilities
Assist Program Managers in tracking program timelines, action items, and deliverables
Help organize and maintain program documentation, reports, and meeting notes
Attend meetings to help track action items, decisions, follow ups
Help streamline workflows and improve communication across departments
Share creative ideas to improve business practices
Learn basic cost tracking and reporting processes
Manage internal communication channels through content planning & creation
Qualification
Required
Pursuing Bachelor's or Master's in Business, Engineering, Project Management or related field
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Self directed approach
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Strong communication skills across all organizational levels
Proficient in Microsoft excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Preferred
Familiar with NX or GOM Inspection is a plus
Interest in process improvement, strategy or organizational development
