Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate with third-party logistics providers in American to ensure operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, and compliance with company standards
Conduct regular audits, inventory reconciliations, and performance evaluations of third-party vendors
Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors to optimize service levels and cost-efficiency
Plan and prepare for future self-managed warehouse operations in American, leveraging existing experience in warehouse setup and management
Develop processes, systems, and infrastructure to support scalable warehousing solutions as the business grows
Collaborate with finance teams to manage transactional processes, including monthly reconciliations, variance analysis, and resolution of discrepancies
Ensure accurate financial reporting and adherence to budgetary constraints
Travel globally to coordinate with overseas warehouses (Indonesia, UK, Russia, etc.) to standardize processes and improve cross-regional collaboration
Act as a liaison between local teams, vendors, and headquarters to ensure alignment on operational goals
Utilize ERP and warehouse management systems (WMS) to streamline inventory management, order fulfillment, and reporting
Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service quality

Required

Bachelor's degree or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
Strong English proficiency (spoken and written) for global coordination
Having legal working status in the United States
Minimum 2 years of warehouse management experience, preferably in FMCG or e-commerce sectors
Proven experience managing third-party logistics providers
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Experience with ERP/WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar)
Strong business negotiation and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Cross-cultural adaptability and problem-solving mindset

Preferred

Knowledge of Mandarin Chinese is highly preferred
Prior exposure to self-managed warehouse operations is a significant advantage
