Responsibilities
Lead family campus tours that drive conversions, tailor follow-up communications, and oversee the admissions pipeline toward enrollment goals
Respond to prospective family inquiries within 24 hours, identify and resolve obstacles, and guide families confidently through the decision process
Implement safety protocols and emergency drills, record incidents accurately, and ensure full regulatory compliance
Manage daily operational logistics, facility maintenance, vendor partnerships, and act as the main point of contact for technology issues
Organize and execute open houses and campus events that present Montessorium through a professional, inviting lens
Provide temporary supervision for K–6 students (ages 5–13) during short-term staff absences—covering recess periods, transitions, and basic classroom monitoring
Qualification
Required
Interest in Montessori elementary education
Demonstrated admissions or enrollment experience, including direct interaction with parents and students
Clear ownership mentality and proactive approach to independent problem-solving
Outstanding communication abilities and elevated emotional intelligence
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without requiring visa sponsorship
Available to work on-site in Cedar Park, TX or prepared to relocate
