Qualification
Required
Employment with Medallion Bank is contingent on passing both a background check and maintaining a clean background
Processing and underwriting of consumer credit applications
Direct communication with recreation dealers and applicants
Gather necessary information to make sound credit decisions
Responds to application inquiries from selected dealers
Make quality credit decisions
Quick and accurate loan underwriting
Decisive and confident in decision making
Create solid relations with dealers
Process loan stipulations and reviews
Provide excellent customer service
Demonstrate professionalism in interactions with customers
Work well in team environment
Performs other duties as assigned
Preferred
College degree in finance or related field preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Proven experience in effective credit underwriting
Self-motivated and hard working
Ability to handle multiple functions simultaneously and function in a high-pressure environment
Team player
Quality non-prime consumer underwriting decisions
Ability to successfully work in team environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to make sound credit decisions and communicate decisions effectively
Excellent interpersonal skills
