Responsibilities

Develop and execute targeted sales strategies specifically for our Life and Health product portfolio to foster business growth and market penetration

Manage, coach, and certify a sales team to master product knowledge, achieve sales goals, and maintain high standards of ethical practice

Implement team training focused on compliance, product suitability, and effective policy presentation

Collaborate with the marketing department to implement strategies that drive client engagement and qualified lead generation for financial products

Ensure exceptional client relationships through superior customer service and ethical advice

Follow and enforce company and regulatory compliance policies and procedures

Required

Proven Track Record in Financial Sales: Extensive experience in sales, with a specific focus on selling and structuring Life, Health, and/or Annuity products

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

USA only with authorization to work

Age 18+

Preferred

Licensing: Active or recent experience holding a state-specific Life & Health Insurance License is highly preferred

Marketing Expertise: Knowledge of modern marketing strategies (social media, email marketing, networking) to generate leads specifically for financial services

Leadership & Development: Demonstrated ability to recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team focused on financial products and client retention

Bilingual professionals (English and Spanish) are strongly encouraged to apply
