The Partner Engineering Lead will play a crucial role in helping partners design and implement integrations using the Twelve Labs APIs, while collaborating closely with product and engineering teams to drive growth and adoption of the technology.

Responsibilities
Work closely with Product and Engineering leaders within partners’ services teams to find the highly leverage and customer impact ways to integrate TwelveLabs models
Run enablement sessions for cloud infrastructure partner’s solutions architect team to build with the TwelveLabs APIs in the customer’s environment
Develop and execute programs with partners that accelerate adoption, partnering closely with the partners’ GTM organization to scale best practices and sales plays across the globe
Inform the long term product roadmap by merging the feedback of customers from our partners
Present to large groups of partners and customers at conferences and partner engagement events that drive adoption of the TwelveLabs APIs within the partner ecosystem
Write blog posts and building architectures that expand our thought leadership in the AI and video space
Build proof of concept integrations to kick start and inspire engineering work with partners
Work closely with Twelve Labs’ leadership to develop growth plans, pricing and long term roadmap with strategic partners to materially impact TwelveLabs growth
Spend some time everyday to closely monitor the industry landscape (people, competitors, potential partners) to contribute to the GTM strategy and playbook
Provide input to Twelve Labs’ product team on features to prioritize
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience as a technical pre/post Solutions Architect
2+ years of experience as an AWS Solutions Architect
A real passion for AI and a strong desire to become an expert on the applications of large visual-language models
Excellent communication skills and technical chops
Strong knowledge of HTTP, JavaScript, Web SDKs, and APIs
Strong market awareness
High tolerance for ambiguity
Preferred
startup experience is a big plus
ML experience is a plus
