Start in 2026 SummerFluke Corporation is seeking a summer 2026 Accounting Analyst Intern to join their accounting team. This role offers the opportunity to apply finance knowledge to real-world accounting tasks, participate in special projects, and gain exposure to the broader finance leadership team.
Responsibilities
Assist with month end financial reports
Assist with annual standard costing, ad hoc costing updates and related analysis
Assist with or perform balance sheet reconciliations
Partner with IT finance to produce dashboards, customize reports, and perform other special projects
Assist with the preparation of ad hoc and other internal reports for senior leadership and parent company
Partner with seasoned auditors to execute audit and compliance program steps, including Sox testing and balance sheet reviews
Performs other duties as required
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree with an expected graduation date of December 2026 or later
Accounting majors only
Minimum GPA of 3.0
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Highly motivated with a desire to learn
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
