Responsibilities

Own end-to-end trade lifecycle across multiple asset classes
Trade matching, confirmations, reconciliations, and exception management
Work closely with front office, technology, and risk teams
Support automation and system enhancement initiatives
Help design and improve scalable operational processes and controls

Qualification

Required

3–7 years of experience in Trade Operations or Middle Office
Strong understanding of trade lifecycle and post-trade workflows
Experience with trade matching / confirmation platforms (e.g., CTM)
Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-moving environment

Preferred

High technical aptitude; automation or data skills strongly preferred - Python
