Responsibilities

Facilitating live virtual workshops by coordinating breakout rooms, managing transitions, and overseeing group tasks

Encouraging student participation and motivation through direct messaging, public recognition, and one-on-one engagement

Ensuring students remain focused, confident, and connected throughout their learning experiences

Supporting lead educators with operational logistics to ensure workshops proceed without interruption

Serving as a community-builder and dependable presence within student clubs and life skills programming

Required

Available to work 8am - 5pm Monday through Friday, US Mountain Time (UTC-7)

Educational experience within US, Canadian, or UK school systems (K-16) - must have been educated in one of these countries (current residence may be anywhere)

Excellent communication abilities and strong familiarity with digital tools

Student-centered, energizing demeanor with attention to detail and smooth facilitation
