Responsibilities
Travel to assigned community banking offices across East Berlin, Gettysburg, Chambersburg to provide front-line support and seamless customer service
Greet and assist customers in a professional, friendly and courteous manner using Bank Service Excellence Standards
Accept deposits, cash checks, accept loan payments, sell official checks, and maintain an approved level of cash
Ask questions and identify needs to enhance customer relationships; actively refer customers to appropriate Community Banking team members
Prepare daily settlement and proof of cash transactions; balance cash drawer accurately and efficiently on a daily basis
Cooperate with and support adherence to all internal policies, procedures, and practices in support of risk management and overall safety and soundness
Qualification
Required
Previous customer service and cash handling experience in a retail store (Key Holder / Assistant Manager) or banking environment
High school diploma or equivalent
Moderate reading, writing, grammar, and mathematics skills
Proficient interpersonal relations and communicative skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Moderate computer skills, including a working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
Ability to regularly lift and/or move approximately 20 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move approximately 50 pounds of coin
