Project Manager – Arizona (Commissioning & Building Performance)
Engineering Economics, Inc. (EEI) optimizes building performance through commissioning, energy analysis, and technical consulting. The Project Manager will manage commissioning and building performance projects, ensuring they meet scope, schedule, and budget requirements while mentoring staff and training clients on system performance.

Responsibilities
Manage scope, schedule, and budget for commissioning and building performance projects
Review and interpret MEP and control system drawings for design and field compliance
Lead or oversee functional testing, start-up verification, and issue resolution
Direct development of commissioning documentation and final reports
Train clients and operators on building system performance
Mentor staff and contribute to technical development
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering discipline, or equivalent technical experience
5+ years in commissioning, MEP project management, or building systems
Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and controls systems
Strong technical writing, coordination, and client communication skills
Willingness to travel regionally and nationally as projects require
