Responsibilities
Train and develop a team of Guides to execute the Alpha learning system with exceptional quality
Build Guide Playbooks that outline best practices for facilitation, designing engaging learning activities, and addressing challenges
Deliver consistent, actionable feedback to Guides that drives student engagement and achievement
Mentor a small cohort of students directly, demonstrating expert coaching and motivational techniques
Qualification
Required
Hold a Bachelor's degree in any field
A minimum of 5 years of experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or a related field
Proven track record developing and implementing innovative educational programs, curricula, or training initiatives
Strong leadership and mentoring abilities with the capacity to build, manage, and inspire high-performing teams
Experience working with youth (ages 5-18) in an educational or developmental setting
Proficiency in data analysis and leveraging metrics to inform decision-making and continuous improvement
Willingness to work on-site in Atlanta, GA; Las Vegas, NV; Nashville, TN; Park City (Salt Lake City), UT; or Spotswood, NJ
Legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
