Account Executive – Employer Brand Certification
Most Loved Workplace® is dedicated to helping organizations prove they are a place people would love to work. The Account Executive will guide HR leaders and executives through the certification process, helping them decide if certification is the right step for their company.

Responsibilities
Speak with CHROs, Heads of People, CMOs, and CEOs
Run structured conversations around eligibility and fit
Align certification level to real business and hiring goals
Create momentum toward clear yes/no decisions
Close certification investments ($15K–$70K)
Own pipeline, follow-up, and outcomes
Qualification
Required
2–4+ years of full-cycle B2B sales experience
Comfortable guiding executives to decisions
Follow up consistently and professionally — and don't rely on 'checking in'
Can run a structured sales process (MEDDICC or a comparable qualification framework)
Don't avoid pricing or commitment conversations
Want to sell something that genuinely helps companies hire better people and strengthen trust
Preferred
Experience with HR, employer brand, certification, or professional services
