Responsibilities

Log all orders to be received

Match up our purchase order to vendors packing list

Stock all inventory

Generate & print all shipments three times a day

Pull & ship all orders that print on a daily basis

Restock inventory locations on a daily basis

Keep the warehouse clean & organized on a daily basis

Call freight companies for best rates on heavy packages before shipping

Projects a favorable image of Vingcard Elsafe when interfacing with the outside community

Assumes and performs other duties and responsibilities not specifically outlined herein, but which are logically and properly inherent to the shipping/receiving department as a whole

Required

Good written & oral communication skills

Good computer skills. FedEx & UPS computer knowledge is required

Must be detailed oriented & organized

Able to drive a forklift and be able to lift 50lbs

Performs assigned duties accurately and efficiently

Has positive interaction with clients and company employees

Daily attendance and punctuality are required for this position

Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards
