Responsibilities

Engineer comprehensive production workflows for collectible card manufacturing, ensuring quality, efficiency, and scalability

Document all process specifications in clear, detailed technical documentation

Develop and maintain printing specifications including color management, registration, and quality control parameters

Design and optimize card finishing processes including cutting, sorting, and specialty treatments

Create detailed pack-out specifications for various product configurations

Collaborate with the estimating department to develop accurate pricing models and templates

Analyze production data to identify improvements and cost reduction opportunities

Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and implement corrective actions

Stay current with industry innovations and implement process improvements
