Compensation Analyst I
Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System is a nationally recognized health system serving Upstate South Carolina and surrounding communities. They are seeking a Compensation Analyst I to support the design, analysis, and implementation of compensation programs that attract and retain top talent.

Responsibilities
Assist in planning, designing, and implementing compensation programs
Conduct job evaluations, review job descriptions, and determine salary grades and FLSA status
Advise recruitment teams on candidate salary recommendations
Participate in salary surveys and analyze market data
Respond to compensation-related inquiries from internal and external customers
Interpret federal and state regulations related to compensation
Develop and deliver training and presentations on compensation programs
Prepare business reports and metrics to support HR initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
Intermediate proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
Preferred
1–3 years in human resources (compensation experience preferred)
