Responsibilities

Strategizes across Member Engagement promotional channels (social media and direct) to optimize impact and engagement on membership initiatives and committee activities. Effectively coordinates engagement opportunities with Standards staff, Communications, and Business Development

Works with staff managers and the CMS team to maintain website content for committee homepages and the appropriate membership pages

Develop and execute strategic member engagement and retention programs

Lead cross-functional teams to optimize member experience across all touchpoints

Drive revenue growth through strategic sponsorship and partnership programs

Oversee comprehensive member education and training portfolio

Analyze membership trends and market data to inform strategic decisions

Provide strategic direction, manage and create opportunities for member recognition and promotion programs as well as member communications strategy

Lead annual renewal campaigns and retention initiatives
