Responsibilities
Test offensive cyber capabilities across multiple platforms (Windows, Linux, macOS, mobile, network devices)
Validate that tools behave as expected in realistic target environments
Document test results, edge cases, and failure modes so developers can iterate
Build and maintain test environments that simulate operational conditions
Work directly with developers to reproduce issues and verify fixes
Learn how offensive tools work by systematically trying to break them
Qualification
Required
Active TS/SCI clearance (we sponsor poly)
Technical foundation - you're comfortable in a command line and can read code even if you're not writing it daily
Methodical approach to problem-solving - you document what you try and can reproduce what you find
Willingness to work on-site at Fort Meade, MD
US Citizenship
Preferred
Work in cleared IT, help desk, or sysadmin and want to move toward security
Are transitioning from military cyber/intel with hands-on technical experience
Have a CS or IT degree and a clearance but haven't found the right role yet
Do CTFs, hack-the-box, or home lab projects and want to do this professionally
Have QA or testing experience and want to apply it to something more interesting
Familiarity with operating system internals (any platform)
Scripting ability (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
Experience with virtual machines or lab environments
Exposure to security tools (Wireshark, debuggers, disassemblers)
Any reverse engineering or malware analysis experience
