Responsibilities

Improving opportunity prioritization and ensuring sales initiatives are executed efficiently
Acting as a central coordination and analytical resource
Supporting outside sales, sales leadership, and inside sales
Helping ensure that outside sales and leadership have the resources needed to perform
Supporting opportunity management, pricing analysis, RFPs, pilot programs, internal systems, and sales enablement activities
Translating complex technical, financial, and market information into clear, actionable insights
Ensuring sales teams feel supported
Providing reliable data and visibility to leadership
Moving internal projects forward with consistency and accountability

Required

Proficiency with CRM platforms
Strong project management and cross-functional coordination capabilities

Advanced PowerPoint skills for executive- and customer-facing presentations
Professional business writing and documentation skills
Ability to facilitate meetings and coordinate across internal teams
Ability to read, interpret, and summarize technical documentation
Strategic research, data analysis, and problem-solving skills
Deadline-driven with a consistent record of high-quality deliverables
Task-oriented execution mindset with strong ownership and follow-through
Highly analytical and investigative problem solver
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal oversight
