Providing strategic oversight for recruitment, outreach, and enrollment planning for transfer and other specialized student populations, including but not limited to readmit students, and second-degree seekers
Developing and implementing data-informed strategies to meet enrollment goals
Supervising professional and administrative staff
Ensuring that admissions standards, policies, and processes are applied consistently across populations
Collaborating extensively with the Registrar’s Office, Academic Advising, Enrollment Services, and community college and university partners to strengthen academic pathways and promote a seamless student transition to ECU
Qualification
Required
Masters degree
Experience in admissions/enrollment
Strategic oversight for recruitment, outreach, and enrollment planning for transfer and other specialized student populations
Ability to develop and implement data-informed strategies to meet enrollment goals
Supervisory experience of professional and administrative staff
Knowledge of admissions standards, policies, and processes
Collaboration skills with various departments and external partners
