Install, maintain, support and upgrade all Window based applications, services and users including but not limited to Hyperspace, Hyperspace Web, Epic Print Services, Interconnect, BCA and MyChart
Qualification
Required
Associate degree
3 years of experience in a large to medium size business environment installing and maintaining Windows desktops
Intimately familiar with the Windows desktop OS
Should be familiar with Windows server and how its shares such as files shares and shared printers are setup including security and end user privileges
Keep all Epic certifications current
Preferred
Certification a plus
Epic ECSM Certification a plus
