Responsibilities

Provides objective analysis and sound judgement with application of principles and techniques to evaluate and report project performance from concept study to construction & startup including practical assessment of schedule completion and expected final cost
Competencies include setup of work breakdown structure, establishing levels of control and detail, planning and scheduling, cost analysis and forecasting, progress measurement, earned value performance, risk analysis and change control
Responsible for managing, controlling, forecasting and reporting cost and schedule performance for projects throughout the organization
Services include setting up and managing project controls systems (including setup of work breakdown structure), capturing to-date progress and expenditure data, analyzing to-date performance data, forecasting at-completion performance data (EAC costs, hours), analyzing project risks (contingency management), managing change and incorporating scope variations into schedule and cost deliverables, and preparing associated reports
Supports moderately complex project(s), working under general supervision
Prepares various financial reports and provides analysis and recommendations based on findings
Requires a proven ability to apply professional concepts in a productive, consistent manner. Maintains records according to generally accepted accounting practices
Performs audits and generates special financial reports
Reviews projects for accurate revenue recognition and provides project analysis and recommendations based on findings

Required

Bachelor's Degree or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education in related field
English and Spanish fluency
