Responsibilities

Ensures compliance to all PMI and legal standards, policies and guidelines related to Environment, Health, Safety, Sustainability to prevent personnel, asset or societal loss
Act and promote an interdependent and transparent safety culture fostering the utilization of preventive/predictive approach in line with Open+/IOS
Ensures compliance to all PMI and Legal standards and guidelines related to Quality of incoming materials, SFGs and FGs in line with the QMS
Proactively operate with quality department for the implementation and execution of quality program to prevent quality incidents, reduction and elimination of non-conformities in the process and product integrity
Collaborate with the team members to deliver the highest internal and external consumers satisfaction, through Open+/IOS tools
Execute and propose improvements for advanced maintenance activities
Lead and participate as SME to advanced problem solving activities (PM Card, IDA, UPS etc)
Ensure the respect of change management process for technical (digital/electronic/automation) process modification
Prepare and update standard settings and troubleshooting list of machines/processes and inform line crews, technical services team and other impacted employees
Participate as SME to equipment installation and modification
Act as 1st contact point for Incident troubleshooting (performing basic verification checks)
Follow PMI OT/ICS standards
Analyze and improve the production processes using proper Open+ tool in order to eliminate losses
Participate in continuous improvement of the quality and productivity standards of assigned equipment through zero-loss mindset approach to seek and implement kaizens activities applying problem solving and OPEN+ methodology and tools
Proactively act as a member of an autonomous/self-sufficient team to drive cultural transformation as per Open+/IOS journey
Coach others in PM Pillar tools
Provide all relevant information for the smooth running of production in/between teams, as well as to the support group and project managers in order to ensure optimal monitoring of the problems encountered and to share experiences and knowledge in order to continually increase competences and expertise
Complete the necessary forms and make timely data entry into the information systems to ensure product traceability and equipment intervention
Take responsibility for the completion of own training plan and comply with the requirements established in the Qualification Matrix
Implement and propose improvements of Standard work process defined in Pillars (AM steps, PM, quality factor, problem solving SWP, etc)
Ensure self and team capabilities based on step-up cards according to qualification matrix
Implement and propose improvements in OT/ICS Standards

Required

Technical School on Electronics
1+ year experience in industrial environment or similar activities
Automation Specific Skills
Troubleshooting Skills
Basic IT Skills (Office)
Basic fluency in English, written and spoken
Ability to wear Personal Protection Equipment and Production Uniform (e.g. safety glasses, bump cap or hard hat, safety shoes, hearing protection, respirators, hair nets and gloves)
Physical ability to lift/push/pull 50 pounds, stand for 12 hours, and perform repetitive tasks
The employee is occasionally required to sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, twist, and talk. See and hear visual/audio indicators
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Legally authorized to work in the U.S. (Required)
