Lee's Air, Plumbing, Heating, & Roofing is seeking a reliable and organized Part-Time Dispatcher / Outbound Coordinator to support their HVAC and Plumbing operations. The role involves scheduling and dispatching service calls, managing customer communications, and providing administrative support to ensure efficient operations.

Responsibilities

Schedule, dispatch, and coordinate HVAC and Plumbing service calls
Optimize technician routes and daily schedules for efficiency
Monitor job progress and adjust schedules as needed
Communicate job details clearly to technicians
Make outbound calls to confirm appointments
Follow up with customers on estimates, unscheduled work, and maintenance plans
Reach out to past or existing customers for service reminders and promotions
Answer inbound calls professionally and courteously
Gather customer information and accurately enter details into the system
Address basic customer questions and concerns
Maintain a positive and helpful attitude at all times
Update customer records, job notes, and schedules in dispatch software/CRM
Collect and document call notes accurately
Support office operations as needed

Qualification

Dispatching experienceCustomer service skillsOutbound callingBasic computer skillsOrganizational skills

Required

Previous dispatching experience (HVAC, plumbing, or home services preferred)
Strong phone communication and customer service skills
Comfortable with outbound calling
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills (CRM, scheduling software, email)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated

Preferred

Experience in HVAC or plumbing industry
Knowledge of service call prioritization and emergency scheduling
Familiarity with dispatch or CRM software
