Arbalett is managing the recruitment for Qontroler, a fast-growing DTC brand focused on sleep products. They are seeking a Senior Creative Strategist to define and execute the marketing and growth strategy for the US market, with a focus on building a dominant sleep brand through creative leadership and data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

Define the US growth strategy (positioning, angles, offers, funnels, channels)
Execute media buying across Meta, TikTok, YouTube and Google
Manage a multi-million dollar annual ad budget
Monitor and optimize KPIs (CPA, MER, ROAS, LTV, AOV, etc.)
Identify new audiences, angles, offers and growth levers
Own the creative strategy: hooks, scripts, narratives, UGC concepts
Brief & lead video editors + copywriter
Build a structured testing roadmap
Turn data into clear creative learnings
Own the entire customer journey (ads → landing → checkout → upsells → retention)
Run A/B tests on landing pages & sales flows
Improve CVR, AOV and LTV based on data
Help evolve from a mono-product brand into a full sleep brand
Co-create brand platform, messaging and positioning
Support new product decisions through data and market insights
Act as the marketing lead for the company
Collaborate daily with the founder and advisor
Bring a true ownership mindset and drive initiatives end-to-end

Required

US-based
5+ years in DTC e-commerce
Experienced in scaling brands to 7–8 figures
Comfortable managing multi-million ad budgets
A real direct-response thinker
Master of data-driven decisions
Strong creative instincts (hooks, ads, angles, storytelling)
Able to lead creatives effectively
Highly proactive with a strong bias for action
Tools: Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, analytics tools, Klaviyo, Notion, Slack
Mindset: Ownership, speed, clarity, no ego, high expectations, high output
