Responsibilities
Support external research and analysis to identify potential targets
Coordinate ongoing internal M&A strategy development efforts
Manage large cross-functional due diligence processes
Oversee virtual data rooms and ensure timely information flow
Build and maintain robust financial models to evaluate corporate development opportunities
Conduct valuation analyses to support decision-making
Prepare high-quality presentation materials for senior leaders and key stakeholders
Monitor and track the performance of previous corporate development investments
Provide analytical support for senior management as needed
Qualification
Required
BA/BS degree in Business, Finance, or related field required
Minimum of 2 years of experience in investment banking, valuation, private equity, or corporate/business development
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Preferred
Exposure to aspects of the deal transaction process (e.g., target identification, analysis, due diligence, integration/separation activities)
