Associate Software Developer (DevSupport)

The Associate Software Developer - DevSupport position involves supporting the ISNetworld application, managing service requests, and troubleshooting issues using SQL.

Responsibilities

Handle service requests from internal and external users in an efficient and timely manner

Create queries on large data sets

Reverse engineer existing SQL code, data flow and logic

Import and export data on Production databases

Troubleshoot the application to identify root causes of system behavior

Analyze query performance and identify improvement areas

Be able to work with development, QA, business teams and at times directly with customers

Strive to provide the best service to all customers in every situation

Qualification

T-SQLWeb developmentPerformance tuningAnalytical skillsCustomer serviceCommunication skills

Required

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university

Knowledge of T-SQL; writing queries, stored procedures, and functions

Working knowledge of web development (ASP.NET web forms, MVC, C# or VB.NET a plus)

Basic knowledge of performance tuning, query optimization, indexes

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

A passion for customer service

Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment

Solid analytical and problem-solving ability
